Different Is Our Uniform
At BizA, individuality isn’t a challenge — it’s our starting point.

About BizA
BizA Business Academy is an education initiative that uses entrepreneurship as a learning framework to develop future-ready skills.
We focus on helping young people understand their strengths, build confidence through experience, and develop the ability to think, collaborate, communicate, and take action in the real world.
BizA is not about training entrepreneurs.
It is about nurturing self-aware, capable learners who can turn ideas into action and move forward with confidence and purpose.
To redefine education by helping every child discover their unique strengths, develop real-world confidence, and lead with purpose.
Our Mission
Our Vision
To build a generation of self-aware, adaptive, and compassionate leaders who understand themselves, value differences, and use their strengths to make a positive impact — in business and in life.
The People Behind BizA
BizA is led by a multidisciplinary team with deep experience in education, curriculum design, psychology, brand strategy, and youth development. We believe meaningful learning happens at the intersection of structure, creativity, and real-world relevance.

I didn’t fit neatly into the traditional education system — not because I couldn’t learn, but because I learned differently.
I was curious, hands-on, and always looking for another way to approach things.
At 13, I started selling online. I thought I enjoyed business, but what truly interested me was trying a different way of doing things — taking initiative and learning through action.
Later, I discovered visual arts. I thought I had found my direction, until I realised it wasn’t the medium that mattered most. It was giving ideas form and meaning.
Then I began building websites and learning programming. Once again, the pattern repeated. It wasn’t about the subject — it was about building something step by step, understanding systems, and turning concepts into reality.
Over time, the pattern became clear.
What I was drawn to was the process of going from 0 to 1 — exploring ideas, taking action, learning through iteration, and reflecting along the way.
That is entrepreneurship, not as a career path, but as a way of learning.
BizA was created to offer this kind of learning environment. One that recognises different ways of learning, values curiosity and initiative, and gives students the space to explore, collaborate, and turn ideas into action.
